Foraging Gene Expression
BeeGenes.RdLevels of expression of the foraging gene (for; Expression) in
two worker types (type) in three bee colonies (colony). Note
that colony is not coded as a factor.
Format
A data frame with 6 observations on the following 3 variables.
- type
a factor with levels
foragernurse- colony
a numeric identifier
- expression
expression level of the for gene
